This week's episode is with Muay Thai fighter SHANE O'NEILL. Not
your standard chat about combat sports, me and Shane discussed self
improvement, internal monologues, how we treat and talk to
ourselves, weight cutting, mental health, (a wee bit) of muay thai
and much more. It was an absolute joy to talk to Shane on the eve
of a huge fight for himself and this is one of those chats that
could have gone on all night. Massive thanks to Shane for his
